Having a website shouldn't be stressful! We even provide video tutorials to help you manage your own webpage changes / e-commerce site yourself.
In most cases you will need some support time from us from time to time either for certain technical tasks or for website/SEO consultancy. For a simple site these may hardly exist whereas an e-commerce site will have greater needs of course. Please discuss your needs and we will advise you on the best value approach for your needs.
How do we charge for our support time?
We won't charge you for a 5 minute phone call so if you're stuck with something, don't hesitate to call!
You can choose between Pay As You Go or an annual Pay Monthly contract, which offers significant savings over Pay As You Go.
Annual domain and hosting renewal
The annual renewal charge for the domain name lease and the web hosting package depends on the type of website and domain, eg. dot COMs are more expensive than UK domains.
Technical Activities
Your website is likely to have some on-going costs which are dependent upon the specific type of website you have.
- Administer daily backups of your website text content + online orders and store up to 3 backups for you
- Add domain names and direct them at your main site without damaging your main site
- Full backup / restore of website including images and databases
- Periodic servicing of e-Commerce sites - essential for smooth running
- Periodic SEO tweaking - necessary for sites in high competition scenarios
Pay As You Go
Our Web Design and SEO PAYG rates are £50 per hour (minimum of one hour), £250 per day
For Big Benefits - Pay Monthly Contracts
Annual Pay Monthly contracts, offer exceptional value as we are able to reduce our administration time considerably and can pass that saving on to you. You pay in advance through BACS or standing order.

- time in 15 minute chunks - flexible and less costly for you
- priority over PAYG work
- Time rolled backwards and forwards during the service year within your contact
- At the end of the service year we will reassess for the subsequent year
- After 6 - 9 months:-
- should our estimate prove too high, we will propose 1 or more free months towards the end of your service year.
- should our estimate prove too low, we will agree an uplift charging additional time at £25/hour for the rest of that service year.

Pay Monthly Support Promise
On a Pay Monthly contract, we will prioritise your support above PAYG support. During our published normal hours, we will respond to an email or phone call request for service within 24 hours and will seek to address any urgent needs as soon as possible. As a small business there will be some dates when we are unable to respond as quickly as we would like - we publish these on our contact page. Please also refer to our Terms and Conditions
